Shipping & Timing
To keep shipping charges as low as possible, we weigh all products to the centigram (about 1/28th of an ounce). We calculate the shipping cost based on this and your shipping address on the final screen in our check out process. Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated on this screen as well. With the exception of possibly a few pennies, we do not make a profit from your shipping and handling charges.
Why we have accounts
We require user accounts to allow us to ensure your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner. If things go wrong, accounts allow us to figure out why, where, how to fix it for you, and how to prevent it from happening again in the future. We do not rent, lease, sell or in any way distribute your personal info.
We work seven days a week to get orders out as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. This link may say “Not Found” or “Pre-Shipment” for 24-36 hours as the post office processes the order. If your order hasn’t moved in 72 hours, please email us. Within the United States, it usually takes 3-6 mailing days to reach you once the post office has processed your order. To Canada, it may take up to two weeks, and elsewhere, two to four weeks.
Mister Ghost’s Monthly Parcels of Simple Yet Amazing Wonderments
All Mister Ghost parcels ship the following month (so if you subscribe or purchase a single parcel in September, it will ship in October). We begin shipping the first week of following month. If you subscribe or purchase in August, for instance, your parcel will be arriving by mid-September. Within the United States, it usually takes 3-6 mailing days to reach you. To Canada, it may take up to two weeks, and elsewhere, two to four weeks.
After you have provided final approval, we will give you a timeframe when your order will be produced. Depending on our production cycle, it may take up to 4-5 weeks to ship. You will be given a rough estimate of shipping time during the artwork approval process.
