Shipping and processing times

Orders typically take 5 - 7 business days to process and post. Products are produced in small batches to keep prices low, but if this timeline puts you in a crunch, please email orders@evilsupply.co and let's chat. I may be able to shift calendars around and shave off a few days.

Please note: Some products fall outside this production and fulfillment timeline as indicated on their product page.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. The link will say “Not Found” or “Pre-Shipment” for 24-36 hours as the post office processes the order. If your order hasn’t moved in 72 hours after you receive your shipment email, please send me an email.

Within the United States, it usually takes 3-6 mailing days to reach you once the post office has processed your order. To Canada, it may take up to two weeks, and elsewhere, two to four weeks.

 

Free and reduced shipping

Orders $19.50 and higher automatically qualify for free (USA) or reduced (everywhere else receives a $3.00 reduction) shipping. No codes are required and this deal stacks with all other coupons, upgrades, and discount codes.

Global shipping reductions are handled behind-the-scenes as a price adjustment rather than a credit to ensure it affects calculations before VAT, taxes, currency conversions, etc.

 

Return policy

All sales are final. If you received the wrong item, a correction will be made as quickly as possible. 

 

Lost or damaged orders

All orders are shipped with tracking information for our mutual benefit. Many international countries do not sync with the post office once the package leaves the borders of the United States, but I will do everything in my power to provide accurate and timely information.

In the event your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact me with photos so I can figure out what went wrong. We will discuss together what to do next.
