The following questions and notes regard Mister Ghost’s Highly Enviable Monthly Parcel of Simple Yet Amazing Wonderments.

I subscribed on the 25th-31st! What theme will I get?

You will receive the next theme, which is announced on the 1st of the month. You will not be billed until the next cycle has processed. If you want the theme currently advertised, you’ll have to purchase the Single Parcel Option.

 

What kind of printing do the envelopes have?

The artwork is themed around the greeting card message, with a “to” and “from” field, for the destination and sender’s address, respectively.

 

How big is the newspaper?

Folded, The Peyroux Dispatch is 11″ x 14″ (27.94cm x 35.56cm). It is 4 pages of news, gossip, stories, articles, photos, and illustrations — all previously unpublished— from around our tiny, haunted village. While stories may eventually be brought to social media, Dispatch readers get the news well in advance.

Advertisements are not accepted from businesses outside the Netherworld.

Can I use PayPal?

We accept PayPal for single parcel purchases (and anything else in our store), but not for subscriptions. Our processing and inventory system is custom-built to handle the various needs of keeping inventory, matching addresses, etc., and PayPal’s systems do not have a comfortable integration model.

 

If I subscribe, how do you store my credit/debit card information?

We don’t. When you sign up, your information is securely transmitted to Stripe, one of the most robust, powerful, and secure payment processors on the internet. To ensure your information is protected, they store and maintain all of your payment information. We never see it.

If your subscription order was declined, please log into your Evil Supply Co. account and check the billing information. The vast majority of the time, the issue is an old zip code or similar.

Stripe will automatically attempt to re-bill your account around midnight every night for the rest of the month (the 26th, the 27th… etc.) until it processes, the month ends, or you unsubscribe.

 

What is the difference between subscriber parcels and single purchase parcels?

Subscribers are billed on the 25th of the month, starting at around midnight Central Time in the United States. Single parcels are billed at the time of purchase (and never again unless you purchase again). We process subscriber parcels first, then single purchase parcels, so subscribers tend to get theirs a few days earlier. The contents are the same.

 

How long will it take to receive my parcel?

We begin shipping the first week of following month. If you subscribe or purchase in August, for instance, your parcel will ship by mid-September. Within the United States, it usually takes 3-6 mailing days to reach you. To Canada, it may take up to two weeks, and elsewhere, two to four weeks.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide, a significant amount of our customers are international.

 

How do I pause/unsubscribe my subscription?

  • Log into your account and go to the Subscription tab.
  • Uncheck the green box, it will turn beige.
  • Click the orange button that says “Save Subscription”
  • You will receive an email confirmation.
  • We are sorry to see you go, and if there is something we can do to keep your business, please let Atticus know.

To resubscribe in the future:

  • Log in, check the beige box (it will turn green),
  • Click the “Save Subscription” button.
  • You will receive an email confirmation.
  • Welcome back!
